Dunrobin was recently prequalified by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to provide Right of Way Acquisition Services and Right of Way Relocation Services. L. Beth Sutherland and Mark A. Federer have been approved as Project Managers and Level III Acquisition Agents. Lisa J. Burns has been approved as a Level II Acquisition Agent.
The Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet DBE Committee certified Dunrobin as a Disadvantaged Business Entity at its meeting on August 3, 2016.
Recently, the Ohio Department of Transportation Office of Real Estate Services awarded Dunrobin two 2-year task orders to provide statewide right of way services. These task orders allow ODOT, local public agencies and County Engineers statewide to streamline the engagement of a consultant for right-of-way services. As a recipient of these task orders, Dunrobin is poised to provide direct right-of-way services for County Engineers and local public agencies with a potential for 80% of the right-of-way services cost to be covered by dedicated federal funding.
In 2014, the Ohio Department of Transportation Office of Real Estate Service awarded Dunrobin a 2-year right-of-way services CEAO task order and a second statewide task order. Based on feedback from various clients throughout the State of Ohio, Dunrobin received an 8 out of 10 performance rating for services provided under the CEAO task order and a 9 out of 10 performance rating for services provided under the second statewide task order. We are very proud of the quality of services we provide and are striving to meet even higher ratings for the task orders we were recently awarded.
In January 2016, Dunrobin was honored to be invited by the County Engineers Association of Ohio to conduct a presentation regarding the benefits of project scoping during preliminary to minimize property impacts and project costs. Dunrobin, along with the Robert Weiler Company and the Clinton County Engineers Office presented to the CEAO during its January Conference.
