Beth Sutherland, the founder of Dunrobin Associates, LLC (Dunrobin) has been providing right-of way and real estate services since 1997. She founded the predecessor entity of Dunrobin in January, 2010. Dunrobin provides full service right-of-way acquisition services to public agencies, public and private utilities, and development authorities and entites. Our line of direct services includes program and project management, title research, appraisal, value analysis, negotiations, relocation and closings. With four office locations, in two states, Dunrobin is strategically situated to provide turnkey acquisition services throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Our offices in Ohio are located in Cincinnati and Columbus. Our offices in Kentucky is located in Cold Spring and Jamestown.
In addition to a full-time staff, Dunrobin has partnered with over 30 right-of-way services providers that primarily include appraisers and relocation review specialists. We are recognized for our responsiveness and our dedication to completing projects on time and on budget. Our services include all customary right-of-way services, as well as program development and implementation to address client needs where projects are in preliminary design. We have developed programs, including incentives that ensure that the provisions of the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisitions Act of 1970, as amended, and other state and federal laws and regulations related to public acquisition practices are followed. Dunrobin’s staff has also implemented acquisition procedures and policies for projects that include federal and state grant funding.
